Do You Ship Internationally?

What is the production timeline like?

Depending on size and design, please allow 3-6 weeks for your garments to be made before being shipped. Note that orders are processed based on first come first serve basis.

How long does it take for me to get my package?

The delivery time depends on several factors, including your location, production timeline of your order, and any customs processing for international orders. Generally, domestic orders within [Nigeria] typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while international orders may take anywhere from 7-21 business days to arrive.

Upon placing your order, you'll receive a tracking number to keep tabs on your package's journey.

Do you accept Express orders?

Yes, certainly! We do offer express orders, though they do incur an additional fee. To request an express order, please email us at wearasano@gmail.com and await our response. Please keep in mind that acceptance of express orders depends on factors such as available time, complexity of the design, and our current workload. While we endeavor to accommodate all requests, please understand that not all express orders may be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Where are your garments made?

All items are designed and made in Lagos, Nigeria.

How do I care for my Asano garment?

Unless stated otherwise, our pieces are machine washable and dryable. If your garment(s) are creased, steaming them is preferable and if you must, soft iron on low heat.

Do you offer Tutorials?

I am passionate about sharing the joy of crochet, knitting, and the fashion lifestyle, and I currently offer free tutorial videos on my YouTube channel to help you master various crochet techniques and create your own beautiful pieces.

Do you accept custom orders If I want a new design?
